I was sent an email that said that I needed to play 100 flops in $weeps cash games between 00:01ET Friday and 23:59ET Sunday.



I then see the lobby for the tourney, that says the same time frame but 150 flops



In my counter list, there wasn't one specifically for this game, but I played all of my hands on Sunday, between 4pm, when the counter for the Bonanza reset and my last hand was at 7:32pm. The first pic shows my 152 flops after the Bonanza counter reset at 4pm and the second pic are my last hands from my hand history, so I ended playing at 7:32pm, which is well before the deadline.





I sent multiple e-mails to support to no avail, and they stated that I didn't meet the requirement as I played on Sunday (which it's stated both in the lobby and the e-mail that Sunday play was allowed.. and also I know that it had to be allowed, as a friend of mine also played ALL of his hands on Sunday and he DID get the ticket).

Here's the reply I got from support: Please be guided that once you meet the requirements of 150 Flops in Ring games between Friday 00:01 ET and Sunday 00:01, the ticket would be issued to your account automatically every Tuesday.

So.... since others only played the required hands on Sunday, why did they get one and I didn't, as I clearly met the requirements per the e-mail and the game lobby.

While I was playing a $weeps ring game last night I had a pop-up that said congrats you got the 150 flops and are issued a ticket. It's not in my items inventory either even though I don't plan on playing. Did you try to register for the tourny even though your ticket does not show? Maybe it is a glitch and you will be signed up anyway.

tried all that first, no ticket in inventory and it won't let me reg because it says.. go figure.. no ticket.

It did ding in the lobby on Sunday when I hit the 150 and specifically remember it because a friend asked me if it did (because he was still playing, trying to get the 150). He finished after me and got his ticket.
