We are doing Easter at 10AM - maybe 2-3 pm CST im guessing at the parents house. I would think many can get online by the 530 CST late reg deadline, we'll see. Could be HUGE overlay though...

I notice some earlier $11 sats on the day of the madness. I will try'n sat in then.


Global Poker really should have had run earlier $11 sats. There are multiple $1.40 sats that run daily at random times. Makes no sense to just have two $11 ones so close together.

I agree 100% with this as what did Global expect. I currently set at 6 place in the number of tournaments played on global poker but I cannot play this tournament as much as I want to as a result of someone making the decision to put the largest tournament in global history on Easter Sunday. What a letdown global. Hopefully Global poker will learn from this and regardless if they pay an overlay or not( which I do not think they will have to worry about) and future tournaments will be held on a day that allows their player pool to play without causing absolute Havoc within their family.

No shot this overlays. If it is enough mid stakes regs will surely jump in it. I’m on the fence myself, but if I see it overlaying I’m for sure jumping in there.

419 runners so no overlay, I hope this gets Global in the mind to start running more bigger GTDs since there is obviously enough traffic to support this.
