You aren't alone. At various sngs and cash tables everyone else is experiencing the same issue. It's site wide and not just you. I emailed them, no response. Must be a bug from an update? Just guessing. Either way tourneys and sngs are unplayable with that sizable a lag. Occurs when showdowns take place, 20-30 second lag before turn and river, after hand is over to drag pot and sometimes before start of hand.
