Global Poker CS not answering. Global Poker CS not answering.

Hey guys! I’m new to the Forum, I recently started playing GP and am in the process of verifying my bank details so I can redeem( I won quite a big sum so I’m nervous) lol. I’ve sent a couple of emails to CS and nobody is answering me. It’s been 2 days. Is this normal? I did the online bank verification where you log in to your bank with your credentials and apparently it gets sent to CS for review but haven’t received any news. TIA

Verification can take a week or so.

Plus, it's the weekend in Australia right now.

Glad to help!

Definitely frustrating. But once you are verified, subsequent cashouts are usually pretty quick.

Thanks again I’m hopeful it will come through for me, I’ve played chumba and lucky lands (sister sites) and verified with no problem Just worried about no email response for what is now 3 days, seems abnormal to me.. this is my biggest win yet so I’ve gone from excited to sad. :/

Glad to help out. You shouldn't have any problem getting your money once the one-time verification process is complete.

Do not open any more tickets. It is confusing to them when the customer service agents have multiple tickets open for the same issue from the same person. They are always off for the weekend and will get back to you on Monday. Hang in there! And congrats on the big win!

Okay I will stay strong and won’t open any more tickets! Lol. Hopefully you’re right and thank you so much for the response! Definitely comforting to know they’ll eventually get back to me.

Just wanted to come back and let y’all know (and any future readers) I got an email saying my bank info has been verified and I have submitted a request for redemption and it was approved within 30 min. Hopefully it will be in my account soon and thanks to the helpful people who commented on here with info and advice. I genuinely appreciate it.

I went through verification 10 days ago, receiving an email that it was successful. My account displays verified but continues to give me a prompt to go through verification process. I’ve contacted CS multiple times with no response and no one fixing the issue. Unable to do anything on the site. Anyone have the same issue? Thoughts on what I should do?

I had verified my bank using the online log in. After no update for about two days I sent a email and they got back to me same day saying that my address on my bank account was different than my address I registered for gp with. They had me verify my current address and was approved with bank linked with no problem, also put in my first redeem. Pip916 maybe you sent your email during the weekend and they will get back to you during the week? Hoping that’s what I’m waiting on also with my redeem.

Thanks! Yea they verified my bank quickly. Maybe there is some kind of glitch, everything looks verified and ready but the prompt keeps showing up. This is day 14 or so.

well then ill just post here my username is sirbustalotz I saw a post where kimbr said you guys would send our HH's to us if we wanted them can you please email me my entire SNG hh file I wanna see what my EV roi is and compare it to the other sites i play on.

Wow...!! I'm glad some people are having luck getting their banking details verified by Global Poker.

I've been waiting for over a week...!!

After waiting 4 days, I started e-mailing them to get an update to which I just get automated responses (e-mailed to both verifications@globalpoker.com and support@globalpoker.com).

Now after waiting over a week with nothing but automated responses to my inquires, I re-submitted my banking details AGAIN today because NOBODY has bothered to respond to any of my communications with them so I don't know what's going on

I submitted all documents and everything matches perfectly.

I understand needing a few days to process the bank details but over a week? Really?

And the automated only responses (which are not helpful) is the worst part because I feel like there is no human manning the ship on something as important as banking details and cash outs.

We'll see if they can get my second request processed (fingers crossed).

My player name on Global Poker is - PikaChuDatAss

Any advice on what to do here would be welcome guys.
