Wow...!! I'm glad some people are having luck getting their banking details verified by Global Poker.
I've been waiting for over a week...!!
After waiting 4 days, I started e-mailing them to get an update to which I just get automated responses (e-mailed to both
verifications@globalpoker.com and
support@globalpoker.com).
Now after waiting over a week with nothing but automated responses to my inquires, I re-submitted my banking details AGAIN today because NOBODY has bothered to respond to any of my communications with them so I don't know what's going on
I submitted all documents and everything matches perfectly.
I understand needing a few days to process the bank details but over a week? Really?
And the automated only responses (which are not helpful) is the worst part because I feel like there is no human manning the ship on something as important as banking details and cash outs.
We'll see if they can get my second request processed (fingers crossed).
