The fact that you allow account names like "STANKDICK and Global******" supports this claim. I have experienced players telling their hands during play. This is a huge foul, and i have not seen a single player punished for it. I can only imagine that the level of cheating taking place on the site is through the roof.

There are players everyday in the sngs when all in for a small amount of chips saying their hands in chat. When I am in hands with others. It is beyond annoying

Not to mention if you clearly get cheated you've agreed to terms rule 16 and therefore cannot be refunded

I am no tournament expert but it does seem to get shove fold really quickly. But I will also say I don't know that the player base agrees that this is a bad thing. I think certain MTT experts think its bad, but some how I get the impression that Global is not filled with MTT experts.

Tournament lobby could for sure use some improvements, in particular starting stacks as others have pointed out should be listed. The table should also list the place you are out of how many are left, rather than needing to check the lobby for those stats.

-1 on wanting late reg. And I am not alone here. And in regards to your next point, you shouldn't want late reg. If you have been following what is been going on at ACR in particular, it turns out that no late reg actually worked in favor of security at Global. Not saying it makes it perfect security, it is far from it, but this is one exploit that can't be run at Global.

Yeah the security question is a good one, and the answer appears to be very sticky at best. Other threads have touched on it, and in an attempt to keep this short, I will always say what I have always said, don't keep money on Global you can't afford to see gone tomorrow.

As far as the avatar names, yeah I have seen that player and others and I wonder "Why hasn't that been challanged?" but at the same time, no matter how good the filter, people will find a way around it. So let 1000 flowers bloom I say. I would be much more worried about screen names that appear to be attempting SQL injection attacks in their username. PM me if you are curious what that would look like and accomplish.

So my question back to you would be have you reported the people who do this? I get that you are upset, and I am not even saying you shouldn't be, however if that anger only leads to this post and doesn't actually lead to action on your part, then you are just whining.

Hopefully you have reported these chat incidents to support so that they can be looked at. Because you are correct it is unethical. And if you have reported it, and also are making a point here, then bravo. But it above is just complaining without action, move along please.

I have a question, Is it possible that you can add a Heads up section for Gold coins and sweeps cash? It is really needed right now the only way to play heads up is to be the last 2 players in the game. It'd be easy to set it up just like sit-n-go tournament with only 2 players in each. I'd like that, since I'm the best heads up poker player in the World, I'd like an outlet to play more. You could even do Heads up Tournaments that start out as freeze outs, then double elimination, best 2 out of 3, so a single lucky turn doesn't end the match then progresses to triple elimination 3 of 5 to the final pair say 6 of 10. It would be really exciting and FUN. You could start them at say .50=.05/GC 100+10 up to any amount really. Kind of like they do Tennis matches. Thank you I really love the site.

You have deployed all of the options I am aware of. I responded to you over there. Also want to point out the language here is meant to lead you to believe something but I don't know that the assumption is true.

Notice the word "you can contact". Truthfully anyone can contact me via email 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. That doesn't mean they will get a response.

Don't mis-understand my point here, I am not a fan of this language. I would much prefer to see "Contact our staff who works 24/7" or "We will send you a response within 24 hrs" but that is also not the lanague found on the page. So be careful not to hold them to a standard they haven't actually setup.

They've always responded to me on FB messenger... Sometimes a day or two later though.

Does anyone else have connection issues with Global? Previously had no problem with Windows 7 but ever since I got a new PC with Windows 10, I've been getting disconnected several times in an hour. Sometimes I get reconnected right away, but other times I get timed out.

It's not a wifi issue cuz my wifi connection is still good even when I am being disconnected from Global.

Any idea what might be causing this or how to go about fix it will be greatly appreciated it.

Do you still have the old machine? Does it have any issues? Its possible (unlikely as it may seem) there are issues and you have a false correlation with the new computer being an issue.

Are you using the same browser as before? I don't think Edge has had good results with Global if you are using that with Win10.

One other person had an issue with cards not showing up due to a ad blocker something or other he had installed. While this doesn't sound like ad blocking, it is possible an extension is causing issues as well. If you have any extensions like that, you might consider disabling them temporarily and seeing if it helps.

I'm sure I'm not the only person having problems depositing. Do they want my money or not? My debit card is linked to my PayPal, I have no limits or restrictions on PayPal or at my bank... so why am I still being declined?

Sometimes that happens if you're trying to use the linked card as opposed to funds already in the paypal acct. Not sure why this happens but it's been that way for me at times and others have reported the same. Try to use funds from the paypal balance that should work.

I had the same issue. Once I made a few deposits using paypal balance the problem seemed to fix itself.

Click the challenges link at top of the client. It looks like an arrow stuck in a tarket.

That will take you to the page that shows all the challenges and the amount of hands you flopped towards each one.

Made a couple small deposits last week (busting on my first 20 lol) I did manage to run my second up toward 400. I am now in the midst of awaiting document verification in the effort of testing the "cash out" waters before I continue to invest my time into the site.
Overall, I am very pleased with the site. Traffic is definitely growing and I see a much higher percentage of beginners and bingo players to exploit. I hope they will continue to grow and improve as the player base does.

I will repost with an update once my documents are verified and my small cashout is complete. I have been having so much fun on this site. I just hope its not yet another site that is just too good to be true.

Yea I just switched my playing to a windows 10 computer and random disconnect today in a tourney with pocket K's , everything other then Global was fine. I really needed that hand was bleeding chips for a hours or more. When it comes back was a k on the flop too' Dang got back in time to see my hand turn dark grrrr. only happened that once so far but dang it hurt.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I still have the old machine and it works fine on windows 7. Everything is the same (browser, ad blocker, network, wifi adapter etc.) on the new machine except it runs on Windows 10.

Just curious if anyone else was having the same problem.

Yeah that is strange then for sure. I would still try to run the browser with no add-ons enabled, google for your browser of choice, just to see what happens. Maybe your old browser had an exception that your new one does not or some weird setting.

Update: After submitting my credentials for verification yesterday evening, I awoke to a very polite email informing me that I had failed to format them as jpeg.
