I haven't had this issue recently, but a bunch of us had this problem a while ago due to using an ad blocker. I believe the code would display the ace of diamonds as (Ad) and ad blockers assumed it was an ad and blocked it. I doubt this is your issue because Global updated the code base after a lot of complaints.
