Can't get my hand history!

i'm trying to get my hand history for today - played about 3 hours on 6 tables. The hand generator keeps freezing. This is so annoying.
Why is it so difficult to make a functioning hand history?

Mine does this too. Once you click it, and it freezes, let it sit for a while and it will finally work.
