Mac OS Mojave 10.4.6, iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3, 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5. when i activate The New Felt (Gold Coin only) and open a gold coin ring game a window opens and remains blank

New format is ugly and I really hate the +xxx that shows up after the bets are compiled in the middle or paid out. Makes everything look like a casino slot game

The inability to auto-tile the new tables is a huge turnoff. Also when I manually size them to the size the current tables auto-tile to everything becomes too small to read easily. Another big issue is that it doesn't show your own avatar only everyone else's which makes it pretty pointless to buy new/different avatars.

That's too bad. My avatars are turned off on the old felt but defaulted to on when I tried the new design. I tried to turn the avatar setting to off with the new felt but was not successful.

I know players enjoy avatars. This glitch takes away some of the social experience GP is presenting.

I hope Kimbr reads this thread and passes the information on to the proper team.

So it seems the new felt doesn't support the newer avatars like the gold miner I was using. I switched to one of the base avatars that come with your account and it worked fine. Went back to the gold miner and it wouldn't show.

I don't like this for a few reasons. The bet button says raise which could be confusing. The tables and cards are way too small. I have to lean up to the screen to see what i have and the board. I like to type in my bet and also the half pot button. No tile is yuck as well. Meh, i give it a 3 out of 10 and i usually like software changes. I could overlook all this if they add progressive KO tourneys.

why not keep the old layout, add new table skins and cards...

On a Imac nothing no windows open just a blank page have to use menu in top left to go back and turn off new felt

Thank you for your feedback, guys. Volume control, bet/raise issue, multi-tabling, bet-input field, and 1/2 & 3/4 pot shortcuts are all items being addressed incoming updates. Thank you for trialing the beta and we look forward to rolling out further enhancements.

I'm glad the major issues are looking to be addressed but from the sounds of it, aside from a 3/4 pot shortcut, I'm not sure this is an improvement. I'm not trying to be rude but for 2019 these new table skins seem not only outdated but a step backwards from what you are currently running. Also, sizing down tables drastically reduces text readability.

I do however stand by your decision to not include a 1/4 or 1/3 pot bet shortcut in addition to the 3/4 one. I feel like this would just invoke TOO many small pots from many players. Best left to those who want to do it manually.

A also appreciate the willingness to update things but better to REALLY update things than to do something that could easily be argued a step backwards by a majority of people.

I opted into the beta to see what the tables look like. When I went back to the real money side, the software wouldn't let me tile or stack my tables until I went back into the settings and un-opted out. Seems like a bug.

Tried it on the Imac again about 15 mins ago 7pm LA time the only thing that changed was it restarted the global poker app logged me out and then back in, it had never done that before, everything else the same still just blank page where the game should be.

The beta tables are horrible. Plain and can’t resize on an iPad. If they switch to this format I won’t play there.

All the real things Global could be working on like the satellite system into the 3 year anniversary tournament that currently has a grand total of ONE round 3 satellite per week with ZERO non turbo satellites except for the freerolls. Freerolls get semi deep play. You pay and all you can get is a turbo. Makes so much sense. Great leadership over there. They really know their poker.
