Question for GlobalPokerJoey, when you guys sit down and watch him play, are you guys going to have him explain why he does certain plays and his thought process during these plays? Having him sit down and 6 table or whatever is not evidence of anything, I think any winning SnG player could watch him play and ask questions and figure out very quickly if he knew what he was doing.

If your interested global I would gladly sit down and ask questions, I could figure out within a hour max if he knows what hes doing, I have no affilition with TOH, I would give my personal and honest opinion, what im worried is you guys are not going to know what questions to ask him, you guys do not understand why certain plays are +EV or -EV, you guys are not going to know the odds of hand strengths hitting by the river with certain whole cards. Your not going to ask him the questions that are going to be needed to be asked, if you guys are interested I would gladly do it.

I’m sure they’re going to watch to ensure quite a few things to include:

-he is playing as many tables as he normally does
-the timing of his plays are consistent with his normal play
-the plays he is making is consistent with his normal play
-watch his screen to ensure he’s not using other software to assist his play

Stuff of that nature. Key word: consistency. If all of that doesn’t add up, back to frozen status you go!

Dude, none of that crap you mentioned above matters in the context of whether he is a bot or not. Is his recorded play a mirror image of how he normally plays? Is he using software to assist? That’s the questions they have to figure out. Whether he is making +EV plays or not is irrelevent.

It is relevant, I would ask him other questions also, why did use this bet sizing, why did you 3 bet or why did you not 3 bet, a fish will not be able to answer these questions correctly, now, it is possible that he is not a fish and he is using software, and I think you make a very good point about his play before and after, but I have alot of experience with playing with TOH and I know how he played before this situation happened.
