Able to Login; Unable to Access Poker Lobby/Play Poker

So... after registering with Facebook, then deactivating my Facebook account entirely, then creating a second GP account bc I couldn’t change the password to my original act or regain access I got the lifetime banhammer. Many months later I reached out to Kimber and support finally made a logical decision to have the game integrity group review my account and they decided this:
We are writing in regards to your recent contact with us.
We are glad to inform you that we have reactivated your Global Poker account that has a screename "RunningG00d". You may now access it and start playing on our tables.
We wish you good luck in your future games!

However when I login and arrive at the landing page, I see my username in top right corner, but when I click play poker I get this error:
“We’re unable to log you in (2) please click here to try again”
Support has offered me the following advice:
Delete all internet browsing content (x)
Try a different browser (x)
Try a different device (x)
Try a different network (x)
None of those have worked. It seems like I’ve seen something about this before but can’t find the fix. Anyone got an idea?
