Friday night I win a $110 ticket. I saw it in my "items box".
Never used it.
Saturday I win a Saturday Swift $110 ticket and it auto registered me to the tourney.
Now my ticket from Friday is gone and Global support keeps coming back with the same response that I used it for the Swift.
I'm quite surprised that after 3 emails they still don't get it. This should've been resolved by now and I'm starting to feel ripped off.
Anyone else experience anything like this?
