So we have overpair + nut FD against a top set:

(I calculated at http://www.propokertools.com/simulations)

board: 9c3d4c

Hand Equity Wins Ties
AcKsKd6c 29.78% 640,989 0
99** 70.22% 1,511,511 0

Ok, everything is fine. But look what happens if we switch the K and 6 suits:

Hand Equity Wins Ties
AcKcKd6s 32.37% 696,744 0
99** 67.63% 1,455,756 0

Our equity goes up 2.59% !! I have no clue why, It really looks like nothing has changed from one hand to another. Do you guys have any guesses what it is??

1 less out on the 1st one, only 1 "set out", but 2 "set outs" on 2nd one

noob

As hneves says, in the first example the "set outs" include the Kc which obviously makes a flush and not a set, so one less out, since you cant count it two times
