How do I figure this out and what is the answer?

3 hands.. pocket queens... pocket 7's... and AK off...

I understand the suits matter because a person could get four to the flush... in this case the pocket 7's flopped a 7... hmmmm... I'll try to remeber....

I'm pretty sure.... I can't remember the board at all... just the 7c in the window... all 3 of us all-in pre-flop...
