I'd like to know what the odds are for improving preflop drawing hands such as low pairs and small-medium suited, connectors and suited connectors.

Assuming a situation where a small raise has been called by the whole table and i'm the last to act. I want to work out whether my pot odds on improving these hands permit the call. In particular i'm looking for

- small pocket pair pre flop to set or greater after flop
- connectors (down to 2-4) pre flop to OESD or greater after flop.
- suited (down to 2-7) pre flop to 4-to-a-flush or greater after flop.
- suited connectors (down to 2-4) pre flop to 4-to-a-flush, OESD or greater after flop.
