Just wondering exactly how many clear outs would you need on the flop before its +ve to get all your money in the middle. My rough estimation was always 15 but im wondering what the exact mathematic answer is.

There's too many variables for there to be an exact answer. It depends on the size of the pot, if you have any fold equity, etc.

Im talking about when you have no fold equity and the size of the pot is too small to matter.

assuming you have no backdoor draws, and your opponent has no redraws, you need 14 outs, which comes in about 51%.
