I am curious how +EV two different plays are; an allin preflop vs a standard playing of a hand.

If we assume we are only called 1/10 times when we go allin is it possible to calculate each play in terms of EV?
I think we would also need some way to measure our expected EV for a standard playing of the hand which I don't have.
