games have been the best this week I've seen in years. It's like playing in the 2005 era it's unreal. The stickyrice brigade of donks has of course crushed me the last two days and I'm beyond titled about it. All in rivered rinse repeat.

Sticky is playing his hands like HE has the set everytime he gets it in. They all fold to his raw aggression or call him down at the wrong moments when they can't believe it anymore. And who can blame them, a middle pair is a monster vs him.

He does seem a tiny bit unbalanced tho, a bit like the average 2nl aggrofish.

That song in the background all the time "You can't touch this" is the wrong lyrics, it should go "You can't call this"

While I agree this thread has been very fun to follow, I feel someone should note that what we have here is likely someone who is going to use poker in the future as a bridge to dabble in some sort of narcotic addiction (coke, adderall?). So he's most likely going to continue to use heavier and heavier while also potentially losing a lot of money in the future. Maybe someone should have this talk with him.

That would be fun to watch, thats actually what he brings, fun into poker.

his brother has his back, apparently plays poker for a living and knows the pitfalls, rang him up and told him to cash out when he had 38k, yep he didnt listen but hopefully he has people around him who can let him know that when variance and players catch up with him (and they will very fast as you can watch his playing style and start picking up tendencies pretty quick even at anonymous tables)

If you would have to protect people from making stupid mistakes in poker you might as well ban poker entirely.
Besides he gets a lot of good advice but he just doesn't listen.. what can you do???

The biggest risk is he loses some of his initial money and the large sum he wasn't suppposed to win anyhow.

Things could be far worse, people do some very stupid things and loose much more than just money. Your particular mistake could end up on the Darwin Award page where they don't hear the story from you directly.

How far do you have to go to protect people from what they are doing to themselves out of stupidity? Sacrifice everyone's freedom?
