Just listening to 1x of the recent Doug vids where he talks about the timex challenge that he couldnt beat 500zoom.

Q: could Doug beat 500z over a large sample? It doesnt look in doubt that he's a great HU player. Midstakes 6max is a different game altogether (and that's not a troll).

fwiw, hes played a decent amount of 500z on his twitch stream and im pretty sure hes been winning. this is without a hud and "not playing his 100% A game"

I've gone back to the timex challenge thread. He played 46k hands total but am not sure of the total hands he had to play (50k? 100k?) or what constituted him winning the challenge (profit post rake after the set number of hands?).

I wonder what the betting line would be for Doug to succeed at the same conditions?

I would argue that even the strongest 500 regs have 10-15% chance of having 50k losing stretch and i would doubt that wcg belongs to those if he starts w it next week.

In general would be pretty cool prop which would gather decent amount of. interest and free advertising for his upswing stuff

That is not true. Even if ur true wr is 0 then stdev has to be insane and even then the probability of losing 100bis in 50k hands should be out of the 95% confidence interval. Around 50bi should be the worst possible downer for crushers and that is super unlikely.

Okay papissss have been adventuring around LA the past couple weeks. Went to the Playboy Mansion Fanduel party with AssaniFisher and I'm sure anyone that knows me can guess how that ended up. Doug has beaten $25/50 NL 6-max before (mentioned his winrate in an interview related to DNegs statement that DNegs could beat 5kNL 6-max within 2 weeks) so yeah.

Even if Doug had 0 experience playing 6-max I think we can assume that he should be able to come up with strategies to beat that game pretty fast with his background as a top HUNL player.

WCG would definitely be a winner in the 500z games, it's not even close.
