TBH especially with such a small and simple card pool three viable top decks is a pretty damn good metagame.
MtG environments are happy to have that many viable decks in environments with 3-10 sets. Even if you nerf miracle rogue until it's unplayble, the metagame will still "settle out" to being:
1. Deck X that replaces miracle rogue
2. sth that crushes Deck X
3. sth that crushes the decks that crush Deck X
...and that's if you're lucky.
Rock/Paper/Scissors style environments are really common in CCGs.
