Two possible ways to make inspire more viable:
1) Have it read: "the next time you use your hero power, do X". Would probably need to buff the effects but means you dont have to wait for 2 extra mana on top of a very low tempo minion to get the effect.
2) Or have it enhance the hero power permanently.

Even in mid shaman cancer meta there were a lot of decks you could play. There's like 5 to play right now and none of them are very fun.

Jade lightning just shouldn't hit face. That deck with no bran and 2 devolves is still insane. Getting an extra jade golem is meh. I only really like bran for double jinyu.

He's either delusional or has no idea how the meta works. I'm going with both.

Hearthstone metas have ALWAYS been solved extremely quickly. In this one, people figured it out by the end of day 1 pretty much. There's not some secret deck out there that is going to crush everything. The reason for this is because you introduced stupid ****ing spoonfed mechanics like jade golems, so it's pretty easy to put the most powerful series of cards that fit with that mechanic. Same with kazakus. Same with pirates.

What a ****ing buffoon.

50% of decks use the pirate package. That's why the game is so unfun right now. You have to play pirates or play a deck that can counter pirates.

I'm sure it's true. He says they can only make balance changes when they patch the client and the next client patch is due at the end of the month. Just sounds like a technical issue they have with it.

And when I say "a deck that counters pirates," I mean a deck that has Reno, Kazakus, a million board clears/defensive cards and a few late game value cards.

I believe it's true but if it is, I think it follows that their whole client is a hot mess and that's why they can't easily implement things. There's been a lot of evidence for this.

No way in hell are so many people picking Shaman if it is almost a coinflip on average.

If they're going to spit out statistics, they need to provide exactly what went into calculating them. Famous saying of course, statistics never lie but liars use statistics. It's very easy to produce stats that tell any story you want if that's your goal.
