Zoo loses creeper, egg, implosion, void caller+malganis in the midrange demon version. Plus whatever the nerf to knife juggler will be (although losing implosion nerfs knife juggler too). Losing egg and creeper also cause PO to lose value since Egg GOAT PO target.

Yeah, but most of that stuff can just be switched out for cards already in existence and probably cards in the expansion. Harvest golem for example.

Doesn't Lock lose Dark Bomb as well ?

seems like that's another pretty important one in addition to implosion. Makes it a lot tougher for non Zoo decks to deal with great early game cards like Darnassus.

why did blizzard abandon the alternative heroes. it's so silly to have mage hunter and warrior as extra but the other 6 nothing

I don't know. When I play zoo the egg being PO'd for trades is more important than the nerubian. Since it usually gets killed off after the egg is popped. Not downplaying it's importance. Just think dragon egg could replace it. Power downgrade but saves 1 mana.

What irks me about Implosion is that if it hits a minion with 3 or less health, it can still hit for 4 damage and summon 4 1/1's. It would still be a decent card even if it were limited by the health of its target.

Yeah not that it matters anymore but double random or total sum would have been way better because 2+2 is stupid and 4+4 is broken.

They will release more, it was confirmed by Brode in an interview somewhere. No idea when.

New expansion might not be out until April. They revealed the march card back and it's not related to the new expansion at all.

Getting real pissed off we haven't heard anything on the new expansion yet.

I figured the new format and expansion would come in the next few weeks after the wild/standard announcement.

Kinda disheartening the fact they've admitted there are tons of broken ass cards in the game that will be either retired or nerfed, yet we still have to put up with them in the mean time.
