I think Shaman is probably the third most powerful character in Arena now. Fireguard destroyer absolutely wrecks anyone who isn't mage with fireball in hand. Also lots of game-winning cards, and useful hero power. I've played half a dozen Shamans since BRM and it's really unlucky to get below 7-8 wins even with a low quality deck.

Every day I play I feel like I understand less and less. Only got one run in last night but hit 10 with what I thought was a mediocre priest deck. Mind control outright won me 4 or 5 games against people who just dropped bombs with no answers if it got MC'd.

On turn 4 I'm sitting with all 3 of my flamestrikes in my hand. Somehow make it to turn 7 and flamestrike 3 turns in a row... I don't think they were happy

I just lost by DC to a guy who on turn two played a loot hoarder than immediately backstabbed it. Might have given him his first ever arena win.

265 for 8 is great. I got like 340 and a golden shieldbearer for my latest 12 win. No ss of the deck but it was what I thought to be a trashy rogue deck.

Turns out two pair is not a very good hand in Hearthstone.

Deck was pretty nuts with 2 wild growth and an innervate but completely whiffed twice like this.

Had four very disappointing runs two Mage one Paladin one Warlock 5 4 3 4.

The 3 win Paladin was the most aggravating. It looked to have a strong early game and I thought I should be able to go 7 or so. In hind sight the holy wrath was a bad pick 2 mana for 2 damage and a card isn't good enough. Won the first three easily but then lost three on the bounce.

The Worst lost my fault I had a board clear bassed around hitting a minion with the Sword of Justice then playing Pyro and a spell. I played Pyro out of turn he got buffed I couldn't kill the minion I died next turn.

Did get a legendary I didn't have in one of the packs though so that eases the sting.

Yeah that deck is insanely strong. It has a ton of cards I think are MVPs - chow, 3 protectors, 2 minibots, cult master, kezan, onyxia, and sea giant. Woosh!

w/o midgame argent protectors are quite weak, misses consecration/ truesilver

you have to get perfect draws and then it'll be strong but it's not going to be a very consistent deck, not that surprised that it couldn't get to 7

Argent protectors dot need a mid game, they need early game. You boost your win equity massively if you're able to coin a 2 and protect it to gain a freebie for example
