2 mana spell calls something hat: give a minion +1 +1 and deathrattle put a copy of something hat into your hand
2 mana 1/1 with battlecry: discover 3 (when you discover X, you get shown 3 random cards that are either neutral or in your class with a cost of X. You pick one and put it into your hand)
4 mana 3/5 with battlecry: put a map to the golden monkey in your deck
Map to the golden monkey: 2 mana shuffle a golden monkey into your deck, draw a card
Golden monkey: 4 mana 6/6 taunt battlecry: change all cards in your hand and deck into legendary minions

New Cards: The League of Explorers contains 4 wings packed with fiendish bosses, puzzling traps, and ancient mysteries for you to discover. When you overcome a boss or an encounter for the first time, you will earn brand-new cards for your collection!
Explorers hat is a perpetual buff. Infinite value like dreadsteed. Problem is its a hunter card and you cant spend more mana to keep getting it, you can maybe play it once per turn. Card sucks.
The scarab is a minor nerf to webspinner and shredder. The 2 mana 1/1s are v weak and imo this is a lot like captains parrot, one of the woats.
3/5 for 4 is average stats, cool that its a 4 mana legendary but the effect is way too slow and frankly maybe not even good.
None of these are playable. Scarab and hat seem ok for arena, maybe slightly below. (Altho the card cycle on a scarab giving you a t3 play flr arena seems OK)
The discover mechanic can have some interesting implications in deckbuilding if they are all discover one more than this costs. Could allow you get more greedy and topheavy since it could ensure you'd have a curve out for two turns for the one card. Like in theory if there are 2 different 2 mana discover 3 creatures, you could ignore your 3 drop slot and fill in tweaks elsewhere.
Not saying it will or it'll be good enough if it does, but it's interesting to consider
