Yes, that is a good play and good strategy. Although sometimes I like to balance my play and raise even higher and then make quad 7s. I find I make more money with quad 7s than quad aces, so that's what I'd shoot for. Usually it's best if someone else has pocket aces, that's usually when I go for the quads. But sometimes if they just have random stuff like straights or lower flushes, I try to make the flush instead.
