Tourney Computer clock not running the proper time

Noticed this problem at my last poker tourney, the program I run on the computer was running slow. 3 Minutes over a 15 minute blind. I use the program from checknraise. I'm not blaming the program yet as I have a older computer and want to do a few more checks.

Sounds like a computer error. If you are running on an old computer, it could be not enough memory, not fast enough processing to keep up with the running programs or your battery is running low or dead (yes, there is a small battery on the motherboard of the computer, used to retain some memory active memory when the computer is off).
