I've been hosting a NLHE tournament for a little over 3 years, in Sonoma CA. I've also recently added low stakes NL cash games. I hold some type of game every two-to-three weekends, usually with 10-20 players attending.

What's the blind structure of the tournament like?

I use a couple of different structures for the games. This next game on 7/12 uses:

15/30/0
25/50/0
40/80/0
60/120/0
100/200/0
150/300/0
250/500/25
350/700/50
500/1000/100
800/1600/100
1000/2000/200

With starting stacks of T1200, a single rebuy during the first 5 rounds, and an optional addon at the end of 5 rounds. Round length between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the number of people. Stakes are pretty casual: 30 to buy/rebuy, 20 to addon.

Other games I use WSOP structure with T10000 stacks, or a couple other structures (basically I have about 4 formats that I rotate through from one game to the next - simple freezeout, single rebuy, unlimited rebuy, WSOP).

Cash games are usually NL .50/1.00 100 max, or NL .25/.50 50 max.
