We have a number of tournament structure sheets for a variety of games that we've used over the years, and have proven to be pretty good.

I grabbed some sample tourney sheets from http://www.homepokertourney.com/ and modified them for my use.

I present them here in case anyone wants to use 'em; feel free. If you have a PDF editor, you can alter the sheets yourself, edit out the "Rimdog" name, etc.

Normal Stack NLHE tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$22,000 starting stacks
Deep Stack NLHE tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$42,000 starting stacks

Pot Limit Omaha Rebuy & Add-on tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$10,000 starting stacks
Deep Stack Pot Limit Omaha Rebuy & Add-on tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$26,000 starting stacks

Normal Stack HA (NLHE&PLO) tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$22,000 starting stacks
Deep Stack HA (NLHE&PLO) tournament - blinds start at 100/200, T$42,000 starting stacks

Normal Stack HORSE tournament - blinds start at 25/50, T$6,000 starting stacks
Deep Stack HORSE tournament - blinds start at 25/50, T$12,500 starting stacks

Normal stack 7-Game tournament - blinds start at 25/50, T$6,000 starting stacks
Deep Stack 7-Game tournament - blinds start at 25/50, T$12,500 starting stacks

Some of the starting stack sizes may seem odd; we ended up deciding to go with starting stacks that were super-easy to set up, in terms of having the chips handed out being multiples of 10 as much as possible.

The structures work pretty well for anywhere from 8 to 30 players. Any feedback is welcome; we twiddled with the starting stacks to find a good balance between playability and the tournaments not lasting an excessive amount of time (obviously the deep stack tourneys last longer, but people want more play for the higher buy-in). Your mileage may vary.

If after using them, you find any errors, or tweaked them in one way or another, I'd be curious to hear about it. Always room for improvement, and everyone may have different priorities in terms of their tournament.
