Sorry, one thing to clarify: do you want unlimited rebuys, one rebuy with an add-on, or two rebuys with or without an add-on?

I'm afraid not. The only two-game rotations with any Omaha are PLHE/PLO and "Mixed Omaha Hi/Lo," which I've never played but I imagine is limit/PL O8.

I think the only game with both O8 (limit only) and PLO is the 8-game rotation.

The options are:

unlimited rebuys with no add-on
one rebuy with an add-on
two rebuys with no add-on
two rebuys with an add-on
