A lot of this is explainable by other stuff / the general weirdness of their lives, but the Cersei prego jump cut thing feels important in retrospect. Right before that Tyrion does remind her that he always loved the children. I think at first glance the viewer is meant to take it as Cersei reconsidering her actions in light of the potential to keep the Lannister name alive; in retrospect, knowing she had other plans all along, maybe it's Tyrion who is most impacted by this revelation.
Still, him fully conspiring with her to get rid of Jon and Dany feels like a stretch, but maybe he thinks he is at least helping them survive even if Dany will eventually rule, and she is using him.
