lost in all the GOATness of the joffrey death, there were a bunch of other great spots. cersei being all-around super evil with everyone, the presents scene with joffrey slicing the book, tywin and lady oleanna with linked arms, and of course, the bolton/ramses scene.

the main thing is just it amazes me how much development they spent on joffrey and they just kill him off like nbd

So, Joffrey's little brother is king now, yes? If so, since he is too young to rule, it is Tywin that serves until he is of age?

+1 to whoever said there were plates of cake going around so a lot of people would die

Maybe something on the fork Margery used to feed Joffrey

Agree. I thought it was another way to **** with Tyrion. I'm still in shock. I figured he'd be in KL when Dany came knocking.

I think that's how it works, yeah.

Spoiler:
It would also explain the scene in the season previews with Tywin sitting on the iron throne.

Yup. Theon shaving Boltons Bastard when he finds out about Robb was great.

Also Bran hit puberty this offseason lol

Yes, great dialogues

Prince Oberon quickly moving up my ranks of favorite characters too

I say grandma and Tywin are ****ing on the side and cooked all this **** up.
04-13-2014 , 10:49 PM
Tyrion always getting falsely accused of **** he didn't do.

Maybe Oberyn was behind it? I wonder if we'll find out next episode or if they'll drag it out for awhile.

could be?

There's no chance Cercei or Tywin were behind it. They care way too much about family.
04-13-2014 , 10:55 PM
Tywin maybe, Cersei no.
04-13-2014 , 10:56 PM
I really doubt Cersei would've bothered directing the leftovers to be fed to the dogs if she knew what was about to go down.

Prince Oberon and Loras Tyrell winking at each other I found pretty funny, and then immediately Jamie threatens Loras.

After Tywin's speech to Tyrion about how as a baby he wanted to throw him into the sea but didn't because he's a Lannister, I just don't see it.

Tywin would not surprise me one bit. He has long seen the young king is a loose cannon and in a few yrs impossible to control.

ya this. was an epic power play, although it appears we wont see this power struggle play out further (?)

So y'a, the hot brunette psycho who shot down the hot blonde in the opening scene? They were the two hotties who gave Theon blue balls last season.
04-13-2014 , 11:05 PM
Tommen aged 10 years between seasons.

Haven't posted in here but just thought of a theory on who dun it.

Thoughts on Little Finger orchestrating it with The Fool being a part? Haven't heard anything from him since The Climb. Petyr always said how Sansa is the key to the north. Fool wanted her out of there.

Oberins way of threatening cersei and tywin was so we'll written and acted...might be the first time sometime has had tywin shook like that
