That's an awful trade confirmation.

The only mention of the name "baffwarrior" ANYWHERE on 2+2 is 3 times by trevorj.
That must be baffwarrio (same as UB name mentioned by MM1) and banned after 1 transfer post last January.
phunlemon never posted in the p2p transfer thread and never made a confirmed trade.
phunlemon did a fair amount of small staking but backed out of 2 bigger BAPs.
phunlemon was NEVER Marketplace Approved.
phunlemon posted 3 times in the Gift Card thread:

Many, many transactions here in marketplace, not all of them perfect, but never felt need to post negative feedback until today.

Do not recommend you enter into any transaction with Duke Atriedes. He pm'd me & asked if I was interested in a random amount Vanilla Visa & that SlowHabit was his ref. I told him no, but buy an Amazon code with it & I will trade. Managed to waste 1 hr of my time with quite a few pms (Will share with anyone thinking of trading with him). He is a waste of time.

to add to RW's post, if you go into someone's public profile and look over on the right it lists their public usergroup approvals which includes marketplace. I'm unclear if a user can turn that off but I don't know why anyone legit would anyhow.

We had actually agreed to $1.1K for the tickets and then he disappeared and cameback with an offer (after we agreen on $1.1K) of $1K for the tickets but wanted me to ship first to which I refused. He then agreed to sending half first for the 8 tickets and after receiving them paying me the other half but no news from him. A total waste of time. Rainbow Warrior is investigating in case he was trying to scam me.


Very shady characters, both disappeared when they found out I could not ship them $1.4K worth in tickets first!!!! Also they never shared their poker names in any sites and strange enough refused to pay first even though I have references, offered to provide picture ID,skype/msn and w/e could help w the transaction etc etc etc.

I staked him (a bit of a tilt descision on my part) and the stake didn't go bad, however communication was decent and i felt that, after the intial mistakes if he kept playing at the level we agreed on it would be OK. I said it was fine for him to play the occassional non-agreed tournament provided it was of a minimal impact to the stake and some for himself

After getting out of makeup and then swinging back down, he then disappeared and sometimes comes online to play one or two tournaments. He has completely lost contact on skype, and i am not able to predict when he is playing online

I have no idea what is going on, and he is now playing random games. I do not whether his intention is to scam us or he just has terrible communication, but either way i would like to cut the deal and recover as much of the makeup as possible whilst it is still there

Since contact with him is basically impossible right now i am stuck - i am leaving this as a warning for any future stakers he is basically v flaky and atm has just disappeared for several weeks whilst still playing with my money.
His intention may well be right now to scam us for all our money that he has and disappear.

Recently had a very short trial stake with him. Shipped him his first 100 which he busted (normal), then gave him another 100 for the rest of his play
I wake up next morning to find that he played a little bit of the games we agreed on, then proceeded to play 70 dollars worth of random tournaments outside of the agreement

This is ofc, a massive breach of the agreement, as part of the stake is that the money on the account belongs to the stake 100%, and i wanted an instant refund, and had a discussion with my partner on whether to drop him/reprimand/punishment etc.

However, during the discussions, ville seemed to have some kind of nervous breakdown and started throwing hissy fits through skype, confirming his instability and my wish to drop him.
He claimed he had no money on his visa so he couldnt yet deposit (meaning he was playing with money he didnt even have) and was begging me constantly for more money to play throughout the weekend, which i am not going to do. I strictly said before the stake could continue, i want my money back.

I can't really think of any other way to express how childish this was but posting the skype excerpt

was using stake funds to buy pieces of people. he did replace the loses, but i suspect he was basically free rolling. he played mtts on the stake when in my contract i said those werent allowed.

his overall attitude has been pretty bad. i wouldnt stake him/invest in him again.

This isn't directly negative, but for protection of all marketplace users, this seemed like the most appropriate forum to post in.

As outlined in this thread, FTP does allow name changes on some occasions.

Marketplace user KenDog_819, who has recently sold an FTOPS package, now is -EPIC FA1LURE-. I don't know if this was done for nefarious reasons, but marketplace users should be aware.

1) Real life name Aaron Jeffries, aka biga1179 on 2p2.

2) biga11789 on both Stars and Tilt (UB I think too although I did not stake him there)

3) biga11789 on skype. Emails are awjeff2@uky.edu and bigplaya088@yahoo.com. He moves between Bangkok and Louisville, Kentucky although I have reason to believe he very recently left Bangkok due to some trouble there and is currently in Louisville, KY.

4) The situation is I staked him for mtts (deal was 50/50 split of profits with makeup), everything was going fine, he even sent me 2.3k after the first month but then I noticed he had been playing cash games (NLHE and PLO). When I questioned this, he said it was just with a friend and he had agreed to send back all losses. I asked to see the transaction of this, he agreed but then disappeared for a few days, not having shown me. 4 days later he comes online and gives me some story about how he is in trouble with the police and has a court hearing for beating someone up who stole from him. At this point I asked him to send me back the money (it's approximately $3k USD) and he agreed but has disappeared once again (obv without sending the money).

This is now over 2 weeks ago and all my efforts to contact him have failed. I also found he had been playing PLO again but not with his friend and had dropped ~$650 on Stars, this was right before he gave me his story about being in trouble. All his sharkscope/OPR stats are now blocked, so I don't know if he has been playing sngs/mtts.

I can provide screenshots of all financial transactions between us, the cash games he played, skype conversations of agreeing to the deal, emails I have sent to him politely asking for the money back and all other conversations between us, including his various lies if necessary. I will update this if the situation changes.

UPDATE: As a result of me contacting his family and this thread, Aaron has now sent $1300 with $1750 promised tomorrow.

As a follow up to my previous post, ville halonen aka pst-auk110 has had minimal contact with me on skype, and responds to me with "fu" when i pm him or talk to him on skype a lot of the time

i suspect hes just a kid spazzing out, but basically he should not be trusted, and is extremely unlikely to pay my money back.

Strange he is still in contact at all, but will keep updated on whether he pays back or not.
