WINNING POKER NETWORK TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR:

Under the supervision of C.E.O, the incumbent will be responsible for:

· Creating new tournament schedules: daily and weekend schedules.

· Upkeep current tournaments and make changes based on traffic.

· Creating new promotional tournament events.

· Setting details for current and new tournaments: length on levels, payout structures, etc.

· Directing the flow of work Tournaments Department.

· Ensuring compliance standards are being met in tournaments.

· Working closely with the Marketing Department in order to coordinate special events such as existing and upcoming promotions.

· Creating satellite structures.

· Managing Sit & Go’s, including turbo, hyper turbo, double or nothing. Building S&G’s structures, keeping up with the latest trends, and listening to the poker community wants regarding S&G’s.

· The overall operation of all Poker Tournaments ensuring compliance with all procedures and policies.

The candidate must have:

· Extremely high level of online tournaments and Sit & Go’s structure knowledge.

· Computer literate and high proficiency in Excel.

· Highly organized.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

· Aptitude to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions.

· Availability to work remote or in the office.
