Im not 100% on this but i think you can play from outside Europe but you need a bank account in the EU.

For sure on stars.FR lots of south Americans and Australians were playing there guess they made a trip to Europe to open a bank account.

How fast Winamax support usually are?

I "manage" to write my password too many times wrong when I was trying to sign-in trough website. I usually use tablet app, which only ask birthday, password is "remember" ;D
Anyway i got message that say my account is frozen because too many attempts, which include link to reset password.
Problem is that reset link not go to anywhere. It just give bad url (http:///account/lost_password.php?em...XXXXX@xxxx.com)
Another problem is that I try to ask that from support/and ask password reset almost 24h ago, without any answer. -> I also try couple time again after that.
"Award winning support team" should answer little faster in my opinion?

I believe a while ago someone asks here to provide a list of allowed/restricred countries to play on Winamax. Rep declined a query, however we can make something similar on our own. Myself сonsider to reopen a bank account in EU country, as a non-resident, so would like to get your suggestions — what countries are still allowed at WM.

From what I've learned through forums, already restricted:
- Latvia
- Czech Republic
- Poland (?)

Could you please confirm this, if true.

No issues with WM still have:
- Estionia
- Austria
- Ukraine (but still non-EU)

Anyone to confirm/correct the list?

All the requirements for applicants are differ depending on jurisdiction.

One of the most tilting bugs I've seen across all sites: When you get bust in a phase tourney (such as the Main Event) there's a popup saying something like "you finished in xx place, would you like to play another day 1?" listing the upcoming day 1's....

I'TS IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE THIS POPUP, NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN YOU CLICK THE X IN THE CORNER. EVEN WORSE, THIS LOCKS THE WHOLE CLIENT SO YOU CAN'T EVEN CLICK ON THE RE-ENTER BUTTON IN THE BACKGROUND. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE ALL AND LOG IN AGAIN.

I contacted winamax support with this question below. However they failed to give any kind of answer towards it so hopefully I can get a better reply here.

I have two questions,


What's winamax policy towards botting?

What do winamax do to prevent botting?


These two questions comes up, since there is atleast 10 bots running on Expresso, and I've seen the same nicknames with bots for weeks now (usually running 24/7).

Do I need to go on?
The list goes on. It's actually even humanly impossible to play the amount of games the bots are playing if you check the scoreboard of your rake-races.

I can prove you that at least one of them isn't a bot. One of those on the list (blacked) is my alias and as you can do some calculations it is possible to play that many games (for example 3000 games per one week).

Most of those players 6-table, which makes approximately 45 games per hour. Playing on average 10 hours a day makes it 70 hours a week. 70 x 45 makes 3150 games per week. It really is possible for a human altough you claim something else. I don't speak out for all of the regs, but for myself yes.

And I don't think any of those nicknames run for 24/7, don't try to colour the story.
