After further verification of the Main Event #116767596 and the Grand Tournament #119772590, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse you the buy-ins for these events as your disconnection did not directly cause you to lose the tournament. There is no denying that losing any amount of chips can have an impact on your result, however any equity lost on this occasion is not sufficient for us to refund you.
However, due to your fidelity and as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a €300 ticket which can be used to play the Highroller:

Winamax is an absolute joke. The only thing worse than not refunding all buy-ins is promising to refund those buy-ins and then decide not to do it two days later. This is just completely unacceptable.
Can a rep here please respond to this, and safe what is left of the sites reputation.

Concerning the Xtase tournament, we can see that you have won it and for the HIGH ROLLER, the main parts of your stack have been lost during hands you have been able to play.
There is no denying that losing any amount of chips can have an impact on your result, however any equity lost is not sufficient for us to refund you as goodwill gesture.
