I sent several emails try to verify my account so I could start depositing and playing on there. After I received the reply you see below I never got a reply back. I replied back with the documents Winamax asked for. Why is there no replies to at least notify me what's going on.

Thanks for contacting us here at the Winamax support team.
The identity check is only necessary if you have enabled real money on your account.
In order to activate your account for real money play, please go to the URL as follows:
https://www.winamax.fr/en/account/rm_activation.php
You should then follow the instructions, accurately entering your personal information. Once you have done this you will be to deposit and access our real money tables.
Once your account has been activated for real money play, we must perform a quick identity check.
To perform this check we require copies of two documents which we can use to verify your identity and bank account ownership.
Acceptable proof of identity documents includes a national I.D. card, passport or driving licence.
To verify your bank details we require a document showing your IBAN and your name. A bank statement or online banking screenshot is usually acceptable however, should it not show all the required information then your bank should be able to provide a document on request.
To send us your documents, log into Winamax.fr and go to "My account". From there you will find two upload fields where you can select from your hard drive the documents you wish to send us. Alternatively you can attach them to an email addressed to
support@winamax.com or by replying to this email.
