I really didnt know what to do here. This was mainly due to the fact that my opponent was super tight (even when it was HU). I mean I was pretty sure because of how tight he was his range beat mine, so should I have just folded?!?!? Sounds ridiculous to me but im open to suggestion..

I never call preflop. Either push or fold, with push on favorite side.

If villain is super tight I dont see anything wrong with this hand.

Effective stacks are 4835. And we put in 1800 hoping to hit on flop? Seems like a leak to me.

If villain only raises top 8% which an uber tight OPP is likely to do
88+,ATs+,KTs+,AJo+. KQo is behind almost all of those hands. Even heads up you should consider OPP playing style.
