i would call and play some postflop poker. Your shove is ok because u will definitly get called by worse. but in terms of 3 betting make it like 350-400 and play postflop if he calls. If he shoves flip a coin to call or fold

This is good, just shove, you might miss value if he folds but I'm guessing he calls way wide here.
