So title says it all. I normally have 4-5 hour sessions cause I don't play a ton of MTTs, mainly SNGs. What do you guys do for meals on you 8+ hour days?

If you live in Athens, GA bulldawg food is the nuts. It delivers food from any restraunt in town for a small fee.

Prep a ton of stuff before you start... such that you can get a meal together in about 3 mins during break.

Check out Jamie Oliver quick salmon tikka... if you prep everything in the morn you can make them in 3 min... also if you use no oil and chapatis instead of naans it is a very healthy meal

I've posted this before, but this was all cooked by me while grinding an MTT session. I was down to about 8 tables when I did the core cooking, but had upwards of 15 going during the session.

Striploin Steak & Shrimp on the bbq, fresh green beans from my garden, a baked potato and corn on the cob. Killer Roquefort for the steak, and an excellent Chianti to round everything out.

I can't remember what I had for dessert, it wasn't pic-worthy...

OT

ps - as much as this pic is supposed to make me hungry, all that it's doing is making me wish summer was back again. My garden is so much nicer when it's full of veggies than when it's full of snow...

Lately I've been eating a lot of different fruits, especially Pink Lady apples. I got those and some Clif bars from Costco and I'll eat those with some water, Gatorade, or V8 Splash.

I've been eating a lot better the past couple of weeks, don't know if it makes me feel or play any better though.

this will certainly make you feel better, which is a pretty obvious ingredient to playing better. (btw thx for the sunday playlist CBorders)

eat a decent meal about an hour before your session, have some modest snacks/small meal mid session, and have some dinner stuff prepped/frozen meals so its easy to make when you are done.

or the obv method, have a girl that will make you food

slight derail but you should be stretching every break if you sit in a chair all day. i always just lay down on my back. imo try 'hip crossovers' where you lie on your back with your knees bent and then rotate your hips so your bent knees alternate going over your body, another one i like is curling up like an egg and squeezing your knees while lying on your back.
