What is the best kind of game to build bankroll?

Hi, I have 500 dollars in my account, and I would like to know what do you guys think is the best way to build bankroll until I can play medium buy-in MTT?

Pretty broad question. What is your ROI in the games you play now? Did you just deposit $500 and are beginning or did you build the $500?
If you have a +ROI I would suggest the 4-180s and $5 45s on PS or the $5 45s on FT (FT imo due to lack of antes and a TAG strat will work nicely). If you are beginning I would start with the $3-45s and occasionally 4-180s.
I built my roll primarily in 45s when I was building my roll at first, but a couple 180 wins topped it off nicely.
45 man SNGs are my standard answer to the bankroll questions involving small-micro stakes.

How experienced at (online) poker are you? The typical rule is have 100+ buyins for what game you are playing. If you are rebuilding and confident that you have been a winner in the past at/above whatever level, might let you play even higher. If you are totally new, you might want to even play it safer if you can't redeposit.

I started with 50 dollars and I build my bankroll playing turbo sng, but I'm getting bad results lately in 11+1 sng because a lot of donkeys pay my all in incorrectly and I get bust. My roi for sng used to be 9%, but after this week it has been reduced to 6%
Just one doubt, Should I reduce my bankrolls requirement every time my bankroll is fewer than 100 buy-in, or should I keep playing in the some buying until I win?

I would move down until I feel I am at a level of comfort and +ROI, I play with a 200x average buy in rule but Im a nit.

Thanks guys, very easy those sng. I played 5, and my results was 1,5 for the 45 5$
and 12, 17 for the 180 4.4$
I think PS is easier because there is antes. So, you can steal more blinds later
The only problem with PS is that doesn't have rakeback
