Can't believe the main event is staying as it is. I know at least 30-40 guys just from my Skype list including myself who are going to skip it because of the ****ty terms and what a joke making the $2100 wcoop challenge a re-entry. Really stars doing a great job killing the game. Might as well do a poker players strike and get tons of players to skip the whole WCOOP series so you wake up.

The issue is that no one, other than the marketing department, seems to want this change.

The TV show wasn't made ABOUT ansky. It was about poker players trying to get rich; and ansky was cast as tilt-monkey #3

no. 21 is not marked as 6max in the lobby, but in the structure info

the only difference is no.40 is not 6max anymore but 8max.

somehow i have the feeling that it is a waste of time to post my suggestions for improvements or changes. 8 weeks not a single response.

The games have undoubtably gotten tougher over the last few years while the rake has increased. Re-entries/flighted tournaments are awful for the longevity of the game. The biggest concern in the thread seems to be surrounding why the PSK and SKO are raked differently (150+150+20 for example rather than 154+154+12 as is the standard) than they are otherwise and re-entrys. Bryan hasn't addressed these concerns.

Not sure what is wrong with the 5k freezeout.

As long as stars is making money and we're just always constantly playing, they won't care. They're gonna rake us harder and harder n not give a **** because they really have no competition. As amazing as Stars is, lets not be deceived into thinking they're saints. They're just FTP, with the $ to payout.

FTP minus the scam is pretty nice. I'd have loved for FTP to pay me out my balance.

lots of people were pretty onto the fact that METs n such were all just a rake race, tryin to get as much out of us as possible. Stars does the same. It's great they can pay out, I appreciate that (everyone does obv) and yes they do some real cool ****, but they also know they have a monopoly and can do whatever they want n we'll still keep playing. I.E. Turbo's rake

Seems absurd to me that every suggestion made by players was completely ignored.

There were at least a few worth listening to and making some minor adjustments to the schedule.

The fact that there were NONE made from the initial schedule set up is very telling for the future of the company. I really hope this wasn't caused by new management and was just Bryan/whomever was in charge's decision to be a dolt on their own accord.

They're both 5-Card Omaha variants; do you have those filtered out, perhaps?

The reasoning for raking Progressive Super-Knockouts differently from standard Knockouts has been addressed on 2p2 multiple times. Basically, it boils down to the fact that the progressive element of the knockout awards more to winners (just as the rest of the prize pool does), therefore it's reasonable to rake it, as opposed to standard knockouts which remain static.

Minor adjustments were made, largely to do with 6-Max and Re-Entry.

A partial list of changes made since the first version was released follows:
* Removed Progressive SKO from Event 08 (WCOOP-08: $215 NL Omaha H/L)
* Added Progressive SKO setting to Event 16 (WCOOP-16: $215 PL Omaha [6-Max, Progressive SKO])
* added Re-Entry to Event 65 (WCOOP-65: $10,300 8-Game [High-Roller, Re-Entry])
* Changed Event 08 (WCOOP-08: $215 NL Omaha H/L [6-Max]) to 6-Max.
* removed Re-Entry from Event 45 (WCOOP-45: $2,100 NL Hold'em)
* put Re-Entry on Event 54 (WCOOP-54: $2,100 PL Omaha [6-Max, Re-Entry])
* changed Event 57 to 6-Max (WCOOP-57: $215 FL Hold'em [6-Max])
* changed Event 04 to 6-Max (WCOOP-04: $320 PL Omaha [6-Max])
* changed Event 21 to 6-Max (WCOOP-21: $320 PL Omaha H/L [6-Max])
* changed Event 55 to 6-Max (WCOOP-55: $320 NL Hold'em [6-Max])
* changed Event 40 to 6-Max (WCOOP-40: $1,050 NL Hold'em [6-Max])
* changed Event 62 to 6-Max (WCOOP-62: $700 NL Hold'em [6-Max, Progressive SKO])
