Villain here seems a fun player that does some random stuff, but have no other specific reads. I think pre, flop and turn is pretty standard. On the river we are left with ½ pot. I decide to call as 1) i am near the top of my range i think and 2) villains range seems bluff heavy. the hands he has here i think is busted draws like A9h, Q9h Q10h, T9h, j10 etc. and some Ax with Ah that he turns to bluff. i think his weaker kings would check back turn and/or river and stronger kings should 3-bet pre as well as KK and 99. his value hands i expect to be pretty narrow, like k9, maybe 33 some small percentage of time and A5h.

can we fold the river? any merit to continue betting on the turn or check/jam?

Thnks!

    shove turn /thread
    as played, c/jam turn
you hit TPGK as OR with 20BB, gii somehow.
the fact he hit and you called on river is irrelevant. you lost value when all the chips didn't go in ott.

I think turn is close between betting and checking. He doesn't have many weaker Kx, he probably 3bets TT-QQ so it's hard to see too many hands you get value from.

There's merit in a 1/2-pot bet to deny equity and get some value from draws, KT, 9x with a heart, but checking is fine too.

As played, I probably call. Not great that you have the Jh and block some of his busted draws, but probably have to call all Kx here given the price.

seems like one of the most reasonable combos to x/c flop with if we arent going to bet very close 100% of our range otf. as played polos analysis is on point.

Im thinking we will Check pairs 66-QQ and weaker kings that we open. We also want to deny equity and charge the draws which there are a decent chunk of. Dont see need to Check with TPGK?

in this spot KJo should be worst king that you open.

considering that btn should 3b call nobrain KQs maybe even some KQos here, I vote for the 60% flop / jam turn.

as played x flop is fine bet flop is fine but I agree with oddsilver about x jamming the turn and 20bb stack philosophy in this scenario

I think go big otf sizing to gii on all turns that don’t turn the board to shyt. You have just over 20bigs and TP, I just want to get stacks in ASAP
