The very first hand, so no information and the villain was more unlikely to be bluffing.

CO: 1,500 (75 bb)
BTN: 1,500 (75 bb)
Hero (SB): 1,500 (75 bb)
BB: 1,500 (75 bb)
MP: 1,500 (75 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T T
MP raises to 60, 2 folds, Hero calls 50, BB folds

Flop: (140) 3 8 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets 93, Hero calls 93

Turn: (326) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets 326, Hero??

Without any reads what makes you think villain is unlikely to be bluffing?

Fold turn. Is this 6 max or 9 handed. I'd 3b in max and flat 9 handed

It's too early in the tournament. Just fold and wait for a better spot.

Next time, 3-bet pre-flop with your strong hand.

lookin at the board texture that looks like a good flop for 10s and hero should lead out otf most of the time and also we don't want to give Villian a free card to catch. By checking otf with 10s we just dont know where we are at and only likely a high card will come ott to scare us away from the hand so i'd make that c-bet otf.

as played: readless ott i'd prolly fold , V seems to be trying to protect their hand with higher pairs with the pot sized bet.

That's an option. But playing a big pot out of position can be difficult. Plus if he 4-bet with AQ-AK we'll have to fold the best hand pre.
