Average stack is 33k.
We are in big blind with 8k chips.
UTG opens 3x. I've been playing with him all tourney and he is really tight.
Folds to us with TT.

We need actual hh to give you an answer or at least more info. Villains stack. How many players in table. Other really short stacks like yours etc.
Edit: can't see how we can fold this though, but your OP should be lot better anyway.
