Late stages of MTT with 14 players left. Next pay jump is final table.

Blinds are 3000/6000/600

Hero has 170k to start hand.

Villain 1 has 350k

Villain 2 has 130k

Hero is SB with KsQs.

Villain 2 opens from Button to 13.5k

I decide to flat.

Villain 2 makes a smallish 3 bet to 28.5k

Villain 1 folds.

I decide to call getting 3.7 to 1 but i feel like he has a big hand.

Flop K10x rainbow.

I check/call a bet of 29.5k and the turn is another low blank.

Turn goes check, check.

I check river and Villain fires a PSB of 129k

Enough to put me all in.

What should i do with TPGK?

That is a hard fold there. I personally will call (just me)

I also would have check raised the flop, and would not have checked the turn either.

Facts are messed up -- Villain 1 had bigger stack but folded -- Villain 2 started with smaller stack, so how are you all in? Must have been Villain 1 with big stack who 3bet and then bet 29.5k after your check on the flop.

not sure how you flat that with no idea whether he's playing JJ or AK. Post-Flop raise will give you a much better idea of where you are in the hand long before you need to make the all-in decision.

As played, his check back on the turn suggests that he's being cautious about you having flopped a set (KK or TT makes total sense here) and called his c-bet, but he still could easily be AK or AA.

I probably fold and kick myself for not playing the hand better early.

So if I am c/r the flop what should be my sizing? And I'm obv folding to 3bets?

Preflop, I think I should have been the initial 3 bettor which would give me more info in Villain 1 4-bets.

As played though, should I really be folding given pot odds preflop?
