Maybe a dumb question, but do poker-sites use a tournament number (like 64851254) only once in a life time?

Can it happen, that a couple of weeks later the same tournament number will be used again at the same site for a different tournament?

Maybe someone knows...

they definitely are for stars, I would guess they are for all sites
