Hi all

We all know that your play skill, opponents, and seating can affect your win rate, but how about the best time to play based on your location around the world.

What are your suggestions for the best time to play if you are located in the USA Eastern Time Zone Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Connecticut etc......

Is morning the best or afternoon? and what are the best days of the week to play? any ideas

Ive noticed I win the most during day time in America, at pokerstars. at night time the competition is noticebally tougher on pokerstar sngs.

Unless you are restricted to the number of hours you are going to be putting in during the day, you should play whenever it is possible in order to maximize your profit.

I have a pretty small sample size (~200 games) but, coming from the US, my weekend ROI is absurdly high, my night time ROI is OK and I lose money during the morning-afternoon on weekdays.

stats like this take too long to normalize/you won't get a straight, specific or accurate answer necessarily, just don't play with lots of regulars, which probably would happen mostly during prime times, which are evenings (EST) and weekends generally, but if your scouting out games/paying attention to play/whatever then it won't matter a ton, just be smart.
