I'm asking because I'm toying with the idea of creating a separate calendar for the Deadline Satellites, but I'd like some idea of how many people use the calendars before I invest the extra time.

I cannot recall how long this has been going on for, but every 15 minutes on a Sunday you will have an ''extra break''. At first I thought it was some kind of a prank with all the other ****ty changes happening so I just took it with a laugh while realizing my timebanks were running out and folding AK on the button. Turns out it wasn't and it's starting to really make poker a less attractive and enjoyable game on your site. Even 888 and other sites do not lag like this. In all the interviews and talks about 2016 changes you refer to fixing the poker ecosystem and making it better especially for the recreational players. How do you think a recreational player will feel when he is deep in a tournament and times out every 15 minutes? Maybe you can just give him some extra deposit bonuses and he will be OK. Please get a grip...

I can't find a link to a Google calendar that you speak of ?

Unless you just mean we have to input the events into Google calendar ourself's ?

Cause I do use Google calendar for other non poker related.

Would love a calender I don't have to input manually .

Honestly, I'm aware of the issue, I've been discussing it with my colleagues, but there isn't anything helpful I can add to the discussion at this time, so I didn't reply. I'm not avoiding anything, I just didn't want to add any further frustration with a reply which basically said, "Sorry, I know it's annoying/irritating/infuriating [circle as appropriate], but I don't have any details to share at this time."

I can tell you that the issue is being dealt with as an extremely high priority, but beyond that I simply don't have any more information right now. I'm sorry. Such matters are in other hands. In this thread, I'm here dealing with what is specifically in my hands, which is the administration of the 2016 Turbo Championship of Online Poker. I'd love it if I could solve every issue that exists, but that's just not within my capability or skill set.

How difficult it is for these Other hands to come here and provide or ask for information ? High time some one actually working on the lags, gets a thread in Here and represents the company that was.

Will, if so when will there be satellite's running for tcoop event 38 ?

Also Can we get some regular NLH Ante Up games. Currently there are only two a day one with a $2.20 buy in $350 gntd. and one that is a $55 buy in $2K Gntd. There use to be Regular $5.50 games in the lobby. Is it possible to get these back ? If not how about adding Ante Up Sit N Go's ?

Satellites started recently, and are only being offered for the first seven events plus the Main Event at the moment. The offering will continue to expand as the series gets closer. We'll have satellites to Event 38 soon.

As for Ante Up S&G, I don't know on that one, but I'll ask Baard and see what he has to say.

So many PokerStars threads, Thanks anuj22. The Rep in this thread said they would look into it, so I will just wait instead of posting the same thing for the third time. ( my own fault of course )

Whats up with the 27 Phase 2s? It says there are 3 Phases and Phase 2 is at 10pm est tonight with the same structure as phase 1s. Seems screwed up

There are 244 Phase 1s and 46 Phase 2s, leading to the Final Phase (3) on January 21st at 13:00 ET.

If you think of the structure as one consistent thing from 1-90, then Phase 1 starts at Level 1, Phase 2 starts at Level 7, and Phase 3 starts at Level 13.

If you qualify to Phase 2, you can either play in the one to which you've advanced or switch to a later one if you prefer. If you crash out of the system by being eliminated, you can start over again in another Phase 1.

Good luck, everyone!

why make 3x phases when 2x would be very much sufficient? cool idea poorly executed imho

phase 2 takes like 1h and 2\400 is laughably low for phase 3 start...

We can agree to disagree.

In the system which is currently running, players can start Event 01 at just about any time which is convenient for them and progress through the first hour of play. Those who successfully advance to Phase 2 can then play in the Phase 2 for which they've qualified or choose to participate in the 2nd hour of play which will take place in Phase 2 at a time and date which is convenient for them (from among the Phase 2s remaining at the time they choose).

By the time the Phase 2s have concluded, we've winnowed the fields down to about 15.1% (so far) of the field which entered the tournament at Phase 1. All of this has been done while providing a maximum spread of opportunities to participate across the time zones, as well as multiple opportunities to try again for those who have been eliminated in their attempt(s) to get to the final Phase.

In a two-Phase system, things would be much different. In my opinion, for this particular tournament, a two-Phase system would be far inferior... but again, as I wrote above, we can agree to disagree.

The amount of phase 1s you guys have makes this seem like a rake trap. Appealing to all time zones is a weak argument when phase 1s only last one hour and there are 30 minutes of late registration for each phase 1s.

If you wanted to appeal to all time zones, you really only need to run it 4-6 times a day and alternate times every 4 days so that each timeslot would get a tournament each day.

I would much prefer this type of experimentation been done in a non-turbo series that takes place over a longer period of time (i.e. a special $55 WCOOP).
