doubt this will be a big thing (i would be surprised if anyone else was surprised that page was banned), but his last infraction was randomly trolling EvertonYorkie, which was his 6th infraction and put him at 100 points. so hes perma-banned now. he was really good at kinda being a troll but not really doing anything explicitly against the rules, but if someone is just negative/disruptive/is constantly getting his posts reported resulting in my email being spammed, and doesn't really add any content to the site, and he spends much time outside of bbv4l, he's probably eventually going to be banned.
