Bit tricky that spot. 75 remain, 49 places pay, 30,000 the average for 48, 20,000+ chips should do the trick.

What to do here?

If you just need to make top 49, I fold this with players to act behind me - most players are really nitty here and I'm not giving UTG credit for making a smart push without a hand here unless I have reason to do so. Afterwards, I feel dirty.

Even though your hand is probably best I think you can use the max time each hand and limp in.

I am fairly confident my hand is the best hand. But it's not an overwhelming favorite. So let's say I am 55% against his range. If I fold am I favored to go through 56% of the time?

FWIW, I made the call, villain turned over KQo, which makes sense; he loosened up his range as the blinds were to hit him, but it's still solid.

Moreover, I finished the tourney with 25,000 chips which is more or less the money I won on that showdown.

So to me, it's not as clear cut. Though to be honest I make that call because it would bug me more if I folded and blinded out than if I lost the flip.
