I'm going to set up an account on pokerheaven and plan to play $10 STT with bankroll of around $700. I was wondering what is the traffic like on this site and the standard of the palyers? the reason why i'm choosing pokerheaven is for the RB, i do have a stars account but the account was open before i ever heard about RB so can't play there and as for Full tilt, due to a technical reason in t&c i can't get the rb their either.

I used to play a good bit online about a year ago, but took money offline to go travellin for a few months, used to play 1/2 6-max PLO, and maybe in time i will go back to this but for the next few months i plan to grind out STT.

What would be seen as a good roi, i was thinking around 5%, and with playing say 300 games a month - that after 1 month my br would be around $950 after rb and then move up to $20.

Also one last question, are pokerheaven stats on sharkscope.

No way to know what's a good ROI on that site, you will have to just see for yourself. Remember it also depends on how many games you can play & if the traffic is really low, your hourly will be restricted.
